Richard A. Flaiz, MD,
FACS |
Dr. Flaiz,
is board certified in Otolaryngology and is a fellow of the American
Academy of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery; Otolaryngic Allergy and
Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
Dr. Flaiz graduated from
Walla Walla College in 1974. Dr. Flaiz earned a medical doctorate from
Loma Linda University in 1978 and completed his General Surgery
residency at Swedish Hospital, soon following his Otolaryngology Head
and Neck Surgery from White Memorial Medical Center, Los Angeles and
University of Mississippi.
Dr. Flaiz and his wife Claudia have 3
sons and 1 daughter. |
